BYOD- Apollo iOS App Install

Download the Apollo ELD App from the iOS Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apollo-eld/id1228288395
(IOS Operating System 12 and Higher)

Open the Apollo ELD App, and consent to the following permissions:

  1. Allow "Apollo ELD" to use your location: select "Allow While Using App"

  2. "Apollo ELD" Would like to Use Bluetooth: select "OK"

  3. "Apollo ELD" Would like to Send You Notificatons: select "Allow"

To Log in: enter the login credentials you received from your Company ELD Admin.

Upon signing in, you will need to complete a few simple steps:

  1. Go to the "Vehicle Profile" screen to select the tractor and trailer, then select “Save”:

  2. Select “Scan” to search for the vehicle’s JBUS device. Select the correct device serial number and then choose “Continue”:

  3. Select “Run ELD Diagnostic” to confirm Apollo is connected to the JBUS device and receiving the correct ECM information:

  4. Select “Continue” to go to the Apollo Home Screen:

Installation is complete!
